| The Participants of LDK IX |
One of the important programs from SDM is LDK (Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan). Because LDK is the door for the newcomers to become full member of KPMB Makassar. LDK IX held in Lembah Biru, Malino, 7-9 November 2014.
We have 14 (fourteen) participants in LDK IX. There were eight materials were given, in the first day after opening ceremony and read the rules, there were “Sejarah KPMB Makassar dan Peran Organisasi Daerah” by Lintar Alam, and “Identitas Mahasiswa” by Nur Afni Kapitalola. The next day “Metode Persidangan” by Nurul Hasanah, “Kerangka Berfikir Ilmiah” by Windra Oktabri, “Retorika” and “Manajemen Kepemimpinan” by Herman Fardillah, “Administrasi dan Kesekretariatan” by Hilman Tauhik, and “Pengantar Psikologi Kepribadian” by Ardyansah Wijaya, and beside that we also do some Group Dynamics and exercise. And in the last day, Outbound activities and closing ceremony.
The most important from LDK IX is about the feeling that we got from it, kinship, hard work, struggle, and togetherness. It is just the beginning, we still have long journey that need patience, fight and loyalty in KPMB Makassar.
